iBus group backed by Morgan Stanley, has acquired certain Wi-Fi Managed Service assets of D-VoiS Communications Pvt. Ltd. With this acquisition iBus envisions accelerating the convergence of protocols to amplify the experience of digital services for our customers in the hospitality, education and co-living sectors. The convergence of mobility and fixed line provides the customers of iBus the ability to leverage cross-functional, secure, and hyper-scalable networks to deliver an immersive digital experience. With this consolidation, iBus will be one of the leaders in business-to-business High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA).

A deep-rooted foundation with a solid presence in Bangalore, iBus group as a digital economy infrastructure solution provider, aims, to build on its existing verticals and expand into various other domains such as airports, hospitals, and high-end residences in India and overseas.
