Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has offered to buy Twitter for $41.39 billion, a regulatory filing showed.
Musk is offering to "acquire all of the outstanding Common Stock of the Issuer not owned by the Reporting Person for all cash consideration valuing the Common Stock at $54.20 per share." The proposal was delivered in a letter to Twitter on April 13 2022. As Twitter’s newest board member and largest shareholder, Musk is already floating suggestions for changes he’d like to see on the social media platform
