SoOLEGAL Raises $4 Million Investment From Private Investors & Family Offices

The online discovery platform will be using the funds for upgrading the user experience and introducing innovative new solutions for lawyers to improve their business.

New Delhi, October 2020; SoOLEGAL a comprehensive online discovery platform, that allows visitors to seek lawyers and law firms for counsel announced it has successfully raised $4 million.The round was led by private investors and family offices in India. Previously, the company had raised $5 from private investors and family offices since 2014. .

SoOLegal will use the fund to introduce innovative new solutions for lawyers to improve their legal practice  and upgrade the user experience.The new investment round will enable SoOLEGAL to further capitalize on its position as a leader in digital law space in India.

SoOLegal will use the funds to enhance its existing platform by investing in technology and research to introduce exciting features, such as , SAAS based Legal Expert System to manage the entire law practice something like an ERP for Law practice .

Currently, SoOLEGAL provides its users with instant access to number of services. In a short span of time, SoOLEGALhas acquired over 80,000 active users from 46 countries.
