New in the lane is Freshworks, announcing job cuts across different teams in order to meet costs, according the the media reports.
The sources also claimed that the employees asked to leave have also been offered severance for next 3 months. Some employees from the marketing operations and the customer marketing teams have been asked to leave, while a few others have been told that they will get new roles in the company.
The Saas-based company, is the latest to let go of employees as global factors, including high inflation and interest rate hikes, take a toll on growth. Last month, subscription management software company Chargebee said it was letting go of 10% of its workforce.
