Mumbai-Based Join Venture Raises $23.5 M In Funding Round

Join Venture raises $23.5 million in a funding round led by Motilal Oswal Alternate Investment Advisors, the funds will be utilised to open more dark stores and enhance technological capabilities

Join Ventures has raised $23.5 million which is around INR 191 crore (1 USD =INR  81.53) in a funding round led by MO Alternate Investment Advisors, which is a subsidiary of Motilal Financial services according to the media reports. Convivialité Ventures, Pernod Ricard’s venture capital arm, DSG Consumer Partners, Venture Catalysts, and ZNL Growth, were also participants in the round.

The media reports say that the company will use the funds to launch its products and services and enhance its technological capabilities and increases its presence by opening more Dark Stores.  According to the website they are building a Direct to Consumer Ecosystem. It includes brands like IGP, IGP Business, Interflora and Masqa.
