Mahindra Logistics (MLL), a logistics and mobility solutions provider, completes the acquisition of B2B express business of Rivigo Services (RSPL). MLL, through its subsidiary MLL Express Services (MESPL) closed the transaction with effect from November 10. 

Gurgaon-based Rivigo, now a brand of MLL Express Services (MESPL), comes in with the capabilities of a pan India B2B express network. Rivigo’s B2B express network currently covers over 19,000 pin-codes across the nation adding to Mahindra Logistics’ existing reach. 

MESPL also announced the following leadership appointments; Sreeram Venkateswaran, who is currently Senior VP Sales, Marketing and Communications of Mahindra Logistics will head MESPL as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). 

Sunil Singh appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Sunil has held several operations and business leadership roles, most recently as COO of the Express Business at Rivigo Services Private Ltd.

Swati Rane will join the leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Swati joins with over two decades of finance leadership in the Mahindra Group, across multiple functional areas.
