Coimbatore based home grown brand Juicy Chemistry, has closed an investment of 650,000 USD of funding from Mr Amit Nanavati, an angel investor. They have a newly formed portfolio with interest in the Health and wellness segment. Self-funded so far, Juicy Chemistry has been providing simplified skincare with its range of 100+ products since 2014. The brand bootstrapped until recently and raised funds through internal sources and through operations. Ongoing funding conversations initiated in December 2019 got formalized in the end of April 2020. Veda Corp is onboard as their financial advisors.

This will result in a 10 x increase in our manufacturing capacity. This will also require an increase in working capital and to strengthen our supply chain in the coming months. We will also be increasing our workforce to cater to the increase in demand for our products. We have also earmarked funds to increase our marketing budget both on and offline mediums.
