Hinduja Tech, a part of the business conglomerate Hinduja Group acquires Drive System Design for an ‘undisclosed sum’ to expand its eMobility services from development to production. Drive system is an engineering consultancy firm which is known for developing innovative solutions or electrified propulsion systems.
Drive System offers advanced engineering to the automotive, commercial vehicles, off-highway, and aviation industries and has a presence in the United Kingdom, the United States and Asia.
According to the reports after the acquisition of Drive System Design, Hinduja Tech would add cutting-edge design and testing labs, along with advanced engineering capabilities in the United Kingdom and the United States.
