HealthKart Raises Rs 536.52 Cr In Series H Round

Healthkart raises Rs 536.52 crore in a series H funding round led by Temasek it saws participation from A91 partners. It is an omnichannel health tech platform based in Gurugram.

According to the media reports the companies boards has passed a resolution to issue 10 equity shares and 3,08,547 Series H compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) at an issue price of Rs 17,388 per share to raise Rs 536.52 crore or $66 million.

Temasek (via V-Science Investment) has spearheaded the Series H round with Rs 389.46 crore ($47.7 million). The remaining sum of Rs 147.06 crore ($18 million) was invested by A91 Partners.

HealthKart has eight nutritional brands under its umbrella namely MuscleBlaze, The Protein Zone, TrueBasics, HKVitals, bGreen, Nouriza, and Gritzo. It also involved in the manufacturing of these health products. It has more than 100 offline stores present in 40 cities all over India. 

HealthKart also separated its generic drug search business HealthKartPlus in 2015 and rebranded it to 1 mg which is now under Tata 1 mg.
