Ethosh Digital, one of India's leading cutting-edge digital experience creation firms, has announced the elevation of Director Kiran Parashar to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Kiran will replace Rahul Deshpande (Co-founder and Director) as Rahul assumes his new role as Chief Growth Officer and continues to oversee the board.

Kiran brings multi-dimensional leadership experience from his diverse career spanning technology services, Corporate IT and, enterprise software, most recently as a Director of Customer Strategy and Architecture at Salesforce, India. He has also been instrumental in driving superior customer outcomes during his stint at companies like IBM, SAP, and Altera across USA and India. Kiran holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Santa Clara University.
