CRED Raises $251 Mn In Series E At Over $4 Bn Valuation

The round saw an investment of USD 251 million co-led by existing investors Tiger Global and Falconedge

CRED has recently concluded its Series E investment round, which values the company at USD 4.01 billion. The round saw an investment of USD 251 million co-led by existing investors Tiger Global and Falconedge. Two new investors - Marshall Wace and Steadfast - joined the cap table. DST Global, Insight Partners, Coatue, Sofina, RTP, and Dragoneer increased their investments in CRED with this round. 

CRED is a members-only club that rewards individuals for their convenient credit card bill payments by providing them with exclusive offers and access to premium experiences. It is a platform that allows credit card users to manage multiple cards along with an analysis of their credit score. 

CRED cater more than six mn users, or nearly 22% of all credit card owners — and 35% of all premium credit card owners — in the 2nd largest online market.
