Bimakavach Raised $2 million which is around INR 18 crore (1USD = INR 82.16) in the seed funding round led by Water Bridge Ventures. Blume Ventures, Arali Ventures and Eximius Ventures were the other participants present in the round according to the media reports.
The funds will be utilized to develop risk covers of new-age businesses and to invest in risk management technology but the scaling of business and teams are also on the list. It offers different types of insurance like fidelity insurance, cyber risk insurance, directors & officers insurance, errors & omissions insurance, general liability insurance, and product liability insurance according to its website.
