Avidestal Tech: Offering SaaS Solutions For Research Requirements
"Our aim is to be one of the leading tech customer experience and feedback management companies in this category globally," Jasal Shah, MD and CEO, Avidestal technologies (Me-Grow) mentions

In the era of massive digitalisation, Jasal Shah, Managing Director and CEO, Avidestal Technologies is focused on research and development and said, "The idea of Avidestal came from the fact that the research should not be untouched by digitisation and automation"
India is already the second-largest franchise market in the world, after the US, with over 4,600 active franchisers and nearly 2,00,000 outlets. Many startups can emerge to grab the opportunity to fill this gap in the market research industry and help us distinguish ourselves from other businesses in this market.
“Our biggest learning so far has come from suggestions from our users and business partners. We are now targeting every business industry and covering niche areas with the help of industry-specific Growth Templates (GTs),” Jasal Shah, Managing Director and CEO, Avidestal Technologies says.
The practice of conducting research and understanding customers is limited to a very handful of large businesses, as research is considered a cost-intensive process with much manual effort. It gives many insights for businesses to understand their customers better and eventually grow by tweaking their business strategies.
The company plans to bring a portfolio of Saas products providing solutions to most research requirements, if not all. Along with this, the other products such as AvidHub, AvidCircle, AvidViews and AvidIntelli took shape.
Jasal Shah explains that since Me-Grow is a new brand with no established competitors, it's taking a lot of effort to educate prospects about the benefits of this product. But many from the unorganised sector need a lot of information seeding in the beginning. Established retailers know the true potential of this product and being so cost-effective with easy installation and management makes Me-Grow a go-to product for understanding consumers better.
He further talks about the growth and shares that it has successfully launched the pilot phase across five major cities, including Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi/NCR. While expanding, the one of the prominent challenges was setting up teams in each of the top five cities, assuring proper coordination.
Avidestal Technologies intends to expand to around 20 Indian cities in the months ahead and roll out a slew of features under Me-Grow.
