Zomato Now Available In Regional Languages
Zomato an online food delivery platform launches the regional version of its app, It also registers a good amount of orders from the app
Zomato an online food delivery platform is now available in Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu.
According to the reports it is delivering more than 150,000 orders a month through the versions available in regional languages. Currently Hindi constitutes 54 per cent and Tamil 11 per cent of the total regional order also the rest of them are growing rapidly.
The company indicated that they are grateful for the response and intented to work on improving the quality of the app to make it more quicker and accurate.
The reports also mentioned that Zomato consolidated net loss decreased to Rs 251 crore for the September quarter, against Rs 430 crore in a net loss in the same quarter last year. The revenue went up to Rs 1,661 crore against Rs 1,024 crore in the year-ago period, a significant 62.2 per cent jump.
