OYO Lays Off 600 Employees

OYO an Indian hospitality chain lays off 600 employees, as a part of 'wide ranging' changes in organisation structure

Softbank-backed Indian hospitality chain OYO lays off 600 employees this week from its base of 3700. The startup is laying off tech roles which mostly constitute product and engineering roles.

 According to the reports, the product and engineering teams are merged for smoother functioning. It will be adding 250 relationship management roles in the near future.
