Ghost Kitchens Acquires Where's The Food In Share Swap Deal

Foodtech company Ghost Kitchens has acquired Bengaluru-based tech company Where's The Food in a share swap deal for an undisclosed sum.

Ghost Kitchens, based in Mumbai, plans to expand its business operations following this transaction, including partner scrutiny on-boarding, inventory intelligence, and financial reconciliations, among other things.

In 2019, Reddy and Chaitanya Meher founded Where’s The Food. Through its tools, the platform helps restaurants to attract new customers, retain old customers and improve overall operations.

Meanwhile, Ghost Kitchens helps restaurants and cloud kitchens earn incremental revenue without any additional investment. Its platform compliment aggregator management, marketing to generate more food delivery orders and inventory management and supply of ready food solutions which reduces their dependency on skilled manpower for maintaining standardisation.
