Full-stack E-commerce Enablement Startup ANS Commerce Acquires a software development firm Asterro

While the acquisition amount remains undisclosed as of now, ANS Commerce aims to leverage the synergy between the two companies and work towards a larger goal.

In a major development, full-stack e-commerce enablement startup ANS Commerce has acquired Asterro, a software development firm focused on building B2B Cloud ERP products across multiple platforms – web and mobile. While the acquisition amount remains undisclosed as of now, ANS Commerce aims to leverage the synergy between the two companies and work towards a larger goal.

Having demonstrated strong tech and product fundamentals, Asterro is the brainchild of Ruchir Pahuja. Ruchir managed end-to-end product development while building and leading an agile team of 25+ full-time employees across functions such as Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Content, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Ruchir and his team will be joining the Product and Technology team of ANS Commerce, and Ruchir will be appointed as the Product Manager for Kartify, ANS Commerce’s proprietary, enterprise-ready, feature-rich, tech-enabled brand store platform.
