EaseMyTrip, one of the biggest flight booking portals of India, registered a growth of 2.5X in transaction value through flight booking on 4th January, 2019. On 3rd January, 2019, the company launched a flash sale for 6 hours starting from 20:19 PM on 3rd January to ending at 02:19 AM on 4th January, 2019.  

Due to the campaign, the travel portal has witnessed around 400% growth in traffic during the offer. This sale campaign has literally set online travel market space on fire with tremendous growth in transactions. During the sale, the company has declared a lucky winner in every 19 minutes and got some really amazing gifts with exclusive flight deals for its customers.

The travel company has given great discounts to the users on flights. There was flat discount of Rs.1019 on domestic flights and discount of Rs. 2019 on international flights. The offer was valid on bookings done using all payment methods to reach out maximum consumer base.

Through this flash sale campaign, the travel portal targeted to increase bookings by 200% times. However, it surpassed the expectations and was well received by its customers. At present, EaseMyTrip is one of the biggest names in travel industry of India that books more than 15-20 thousand flight tickets daily.
