Board Infinity Acquires Leadup Universe

Board Infinity, a career tech venture, announced the acquisition of Leadup Universe, an aspiring CXO career platform that specialises in creating unique learning programmes and career pathways for aspiring CXOs.
The move will broaden Board Infinity's offerings beyond those that currently focus on early-career to mid-senior-level executives aspiring to be future CXOs. While the transaction's value and financial details have not been disclosed, Leadup Universe's entire team, including its Co-founders and investors, will join Board Infinity. However, the brands will be completely separated.
Mayank Verma and Rashmi Mandloi founded Leadup in 2021. It has strong premium university tie-ups, an exclusive CXO Club, and Strategic Programs for Executives. Leadup Universe's investors and advisors include Lumis Partners' Sandeep Sinha, Pankaj Bansal, Partner at Work Universe & Group CEO of PeopleStrong, Sulbha Rai (CPO at Renewbuy.com), and NS Rajan, Former CHRO of Tata Sons.
