All the funds raised will be offered to the Indian Kabaddi players, as a mark of respect and recognition, who will further use the funds to provide better facilities for promising new players and development of Kabaddi. The objective of this campaign is to provide much needed impetus to highlight the fact that India as a nation needs to do more for the sport & its players.

It would not be wrong to say that Kabaddi has been in the veins of every Indian. It is the game of our soil; which every Indian is connected to, yet it has not received the same love like other sports have.

While the entire nation has saluted their efforts, more needs to be done to encourage these players. Being a sports person who has been a part of the World Cup winning team, I would like to make this contribution for the development of Kabaddi and encourage more players to take it up with passion and pride."
Lasie Foundation too has come in support of the campaign in a collaboration with Desiredwings.com.

Amidst a large volume of social media support, patriotic fervor, Indian Kabaddi Champion League, players didn’t get wanted attention. This crowdfunding campaign will mobilize community and crowds and caused people to come together in support of a common goal. Isn’t that what sports is all about? To help raise more players in the team and give them financial support.

"Kabaddi has begun gaining limelight in the world of sports and it is bound to flourish because it is a true sport that demands excellent athletic abilities. Moreover, Kabaddi is well-known to every Indian, and if its scope widens, a lot of young athletes from even the remotest areas of the country will gain deserved platform.” said Mr. Anup Kumar Indian Kabaddi Team captain.

Mr. Kumar, further added, "With this campaign I urge people to join us and help raise awareness amongst more players - to remotest parts of the country. And help give players better faculties that will motivate youngsters to join Indian Kabaddi Team”.

Speaking on the launch of Jashn Kabaddi Ka campaign Mohammed Sirajuddin, Co-founder of DesiredWings.com said "Kabaddi is matter of national pride. In the wake of ‘Make in India’ movement – shouldn’t we support this Indian Sport too? Jashn Kabaddi Ka is an effort by DesiredWings team to ensure that our Kabaddi Team continues to make us proud and stands tall in face of competition and this is possible only if each of us extends a little helping hand in form of our unparalleled support. Kabaddi too is a matter of national pride, why can’t cricket, hockey, football and kabaddi be given equal opportunities?”

He further added “Why do we always wait for team to win and acknowledge their hardwork. The team and upcoming players should be given proper infrastructure to enhance their skills and perform better. Sometimes sportsmanship dies juggling between your condition and performing for the country. Desiredwings.com is taking one step ahead to address for sports like Kabaddi and even in the past we have supported para-Olympic athletes and Drive for game is another such campaign for support of Chess.”

India has been the most successful team on the world stage, having won every World Cup and Asian Games title so far, in both men’s and women’s categories. Desiredwings.com salutes to the National Kabaddi Team and urges people to come forward for and contribute for the game of our soil - Kabaddi.
