WOW Skin Science Draws In Investment Of $50M From ChrysCapital

It has announced that ChrysCapital, an India-focused private equity firm, will invest $50 million, for a significant stake as a minority stakeholder. The transaction is of a primary raise for growth initiatives while existing shareholders will perform a secondary sale.  

Founded in 2014 by Manish and Karan Chowdhary, WOW aims to maintain its growth momentum by expanding on its loyal customer base, wider penetration across channels, and further developing its portfolio of products into adjacent channels as well, while collecting feedback from the customers for constant improvement.  

Consumer-first brand WOW Skin Science in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space and strives to optimize and enhance the consumer’s experience while addressing their problems. The brand executes this with ease by tapping into technology and innovation.
