UDGAM Announces 3rd Round of Startup Investments
UDGAM now has 16 startup ventures in its portfolio and would continue to fund more startups in 2018.
Founded by entrepreneur and educationalist Manish Gupta, UDGAM is a startup accelerator and seed investor dedicated towards providing substantial resources to entrepreneurs all over the country assisting them in establishing their businesses and visibly contributing to the economy.
Active since 2015, UDGAM has already made 11 seed stage investments in startups across sectors and has an active presence in the startup ecosystem.
With expert guidance and mentoring, startups like ‘Servx' managed to acquire funding from ‘Y-Combinator’, USA in 2016 and another startup ‘Ease Your Biz’ is currently seeking investment from Portugal for its venture.
“The startup ecosystem has only seen an evolution in the last few years. More and more ambitious, pragmatic and able entrepreneurs are approaching UDGAM for an informative guidance and strong base”, added Manish Gupta, founder and Chief Mentor, UDGAM.
In the last quarter of 2017 UDGAM made seed investments in 5 new startups selected through an extensive process of screening from among more than 300 applications received from across the country.
The startups selected were introduced to the ecosystem at the annual networking meet of UDGAM held on 10th January, 2018 at India International Centre, New Delhi which saw a gathering of top angel investors and mentors in India.

CribLife – Founded by Vijaya Eastwood, CribLife delivers a luxury lifestyle management service to HNI and Ultra HNI segment of India through an exclusive invite only platform.
Propelld – Founded by Victor Senapaty, Brijesh Samantaray and Bibhu Prasad Das, propelled is providing an outcome based educational financing support system to students of India looking for loans for professional courses.
Nurtr – Founded by Dharmendra Yashovardhan and Himanshu Srivastava, Nurtr uses people and Data Science to help students discover their best career fits.
MyGigStar – Founded by Rohiet Saini and Peush Bery, MyGigStar is an artist discovery platform helping individuals and club owners across India finding the best performance artists.
Veda Labs – Founded by Virendra Mishra, Vivek Singh, Saurabh and Aaditya Kakde, Veda Labs is an AI platform assisting businesses in the wide space of analytics and bringing the physical world to life through technology.
With these recent investments, UDGAM now has 16 startup ventures in its portfolio and would continue to fund more startups in 2018.
