TAB Capital Strengthens Its Senior Management, Escalates Scaling Across Categories
Shashishekhar Hiremath, previously with ICICI, IDBI, HDFC, KOTAK MAHINDRA, & YES BANK to spearhead product development, execution & market-related strategies for TAB Capital
TAB Capital, India’s fastest growing and award-winning NBFC announced the appointment of three key leadership positions. The NBFC has painstakingly cherry-picked the best talent from the Banking & Financial Services landscape and further plans to scale-up its operations across categories.

TAB Capital welcomes CA Rakesh Tailor as its Credit Head who has nearly a decade of experience in the field of Banking & Finance. On coming on-board, Mr. Rakesh Tailor, Credit Head, TAB Capital, said “Timing makes all the difference for an enterprise and TAB Capital Provides loan in just 2 working days, which was definitely a factor attracted me to join the team. Mr. Tailor has the potential to give a long leap of success to the company with his areas of expertise in Credit Analysis and Loan Appraisal, amongst other aspects of banking. Prior to joining TAB Capital, he was associated with Vijaya Bank, SMEs and Corporate finance segment.
Mr Shashishekhar Hiremath would be spearheading the Product Development role in TAB Capital LTD, as the National Head responsible for Product development and Execution of product and market related strategies of the company. On joining the team, Mr. Shashishekhar Hiremath, National Head -Product Development, TAB Capital, said, “Making a product is not just an activity in silo; creating a demand for your product via differentiation is paramount. An MBA & LLB, Mr Hiremath has over two decades of experience holding various senior positions in Banking in leading Indian Private Sector Banks like ICICI, IDBI, HDFC, KOTAK MAHINDRA, and YES BANK in areas of Product development, CRM and Distribution of banking products like Liabilities, Retail and Commercial Assets, Wealth & Trade services for various customer segments through multiple channels including bank branches, outbound sales teams, relationship teams & other alternate channels.
Also joining the new board of senior leaders at TAB Capital is Mr Yuvraj Koreshetti. He is going to be responsible for the Two-wheeler loan department and customer Acquisition strategies of the company. Mr Koreshetti has previously handled several key leadership positions in the field of Sales & Relationship management. Previously associated with AXIS Bank as Sales & Relationship Manager – SME (SEG), Mr Koreshetti has been responsible for acquisition, activation, initial assessment, strategy and overall management. Prior to that, he has also handled key positions at YES Bank, Development Credit Bank Ltd., HDFC and others.
