Square Connect Mobile App Enables Brokers to Make Larger Commissions on Exclusive Properties

Helps brokers widen their geographical reach & tap into a vast inventory of real estate projects to scale their businesses and profits

Square Yards, the leading tech backed transaction and aggregation platform for global real estate is well known for its constant innovations that are targeted at making the eco-system more streamlined and beneficial for all stakeholders. Besides getting access to top deals from grade-A developers, Square Connect has been offering several advantages to its partner agents. They are able to earn higher brokerages, have the assurance of secured payments thanks to the escrow signed by Square Yards and the developers and they also get expert project training so that they are equipped to sell better and more compellingly.

The cumulative commissions earned by the partner agents through Square Connect program is estimated to be INR 4-5 crore every month. Each partner earns an average of INR 1.5-2 lakh through the inventory they sell via Square Connect and the highest commission paid to an agent has often gone as high as INR 5 lakhs in a month.
