Navigant Technologies Acquires New Delhi Based Specialized Outsourcing Firm Quick Call

Quick Call is specialised outsourcing firm based out of New Delhi, catering to niche processes. The company has been catering to wide variety of customers and sectors.

Navigant Technologies, the leading Indian outsourcing company, announced its first acquisition, by taking over New Delhi-based specialized outsourcing firm Quick Call, for an undisclosed amount.

"In India, there will be further consolidation in outsourcing space, we intend to grow both organically and inorganically. Quick Call was best strategic fit for Navigant Technologies and we are excited to have Quick Call as a part of Navigant going forward," said Ankur Bhatia, Founder and CEO of Navigant.

The startup was founded in 2012 by Neeraj Tyagi to work on different verticals and has a footprint across several niche Industry domains.

Tyagi highlighted the importance of this acquisition for the company. "In order to take Quick Call to next orbit, it needed an anchor like Navigant, we are very excited about the potential possibilities," he emphasized.

Raju Moza, Board of Director, Navigant Technologies, who was the architect of this transaction, said, "It's not a simple transaction of cash and equity swap, it involves a lot of future annuities staggered on various performance benchmarks."
