MergerWare, a top M&A digital firm has announced their expansion in Europe and Australia with the key hiring of partners Karine Artus and Toby Testor.
Karine Artus joined MergerWare as Partner & Head of Corporate Development-M&A EMEA. She will be based in Paris where she will lead the high-priority growth initiatives of MergerWare in the market. EMEA is a focus market for MergerWare for our current customer base where we intend to grow our capabilities rapidly with additional hiring.
“Karine has previously consulted with several global organizations and has played pivotal roles in Business Strategy, M&A, Operational Turnaround and Corporate Development (incl. management of HR impacts of transactions) and has managed transactions ranging from $0,2m to $650m and from 10 to 75,000 employees in a wide range of cultures and industries delivering significant synergies and benefits," said Dharmendra Singh, Founder and Global Chief Executive, MergerWare.

Toby joined as a Partner for the Australian market. Based in Sydney, he will be responsible for growth in Australia and the APAC market. Toby is a senior executive with extensive pre-and post-deal experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestments. He was originally the head of project management at Bankers Trust where he led a team of managers responsible for running organisation-wide projects. He then created and ran his own business providing project management and consulting services to organisations undergoing major transformation or M&A related change. Over the past 16 years, Toby has made it his mission to help organisations make M&A faster, simpler, less risky, less disruptive, and ultimately deliver more.
