Leverage Edu, one of the fastest growing edtech startups in the country that helps students accelerate their career via college admissions and career mentorship, has signed up an exclusive partnership with US test prep major VeritasPrep, which will bolster the EdTech startup's offerings to its customers. VeritasPrep is the world's largest privately owned test preparation and graduate school admissions consulting company, with offices across 100 cities. As part of this, Chad Troutwine, founder of VeritasPrep, who has also previously served on the board of Ivy-league Yale School of Management, will join Vishal Gondal on the company's Advisory Board.
"Veritas is the perfect partner for us, and we share a lot of common values with them, foremost being putting student's careers before anything else. As we expand across the scope of international education, their experience will be very useful for us," said Chaturvedi, Leverage Edu's CEO.
Leverage Edu, founded by Akshay Chaturvedi & Rajiv Ganjoo, uses AI to help students on its marketplace find global experts and accelerate careers through college applications, getting job ready, and mentorship. Started in April 2017, the company had previously raised a seed round led by ace investors like Kashyap Deorah and Alok Mittal, along with Ivy-league Professors Anindya Ghose, Bhagwan Choudhary and Jim Schmidtke, among other top executives.
Present in Delhi and Bangalore, and having recently expanded to UAE, the company also announced that it is setting up presence in three more Indian cities this April.
