Ltd. has recently been funded by Karan Puri, author of the National Bestseller – Shit Happens and Praveen Puri of Skyline Knowledge Centre, a Skyline Education Group Company. They’ve invested an undisclosed amount as seed funding and plan to invest further as WUL expands to new cities.
What’s Up Life is a hyperlocal lifestyle media platform to discover exciting new things and places that your city has to offer. They curate engaging content over their social media pages, editorials, calendar to keep you updated with all the activities & events across categories.
They started as What’s Up Gurgaon and are today the largest Lifestyle Media across 3 cities out of the 5 they are currently present in, namely Gurgaon, Kolkata & Hyderabad. They will expand to Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chandigarh and Jaipur in the next 6 months.
Gaurav H Luthra is the founder of What’s Up Life; he is an Alumni from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He started his professional career working with a telecom company and then ventured in Real Estate consulting business before starting up What’s Up Life. Gaurav is someone who loves to multitask as well socialize, he is an active networker and a member of organizations like CII-Young Indians, TIE, BNI, Internations, Entrepreneur Cafe & more.

Currently relocated from Dubai, Karan is an MBA with 10+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing. A Seasoned Marketer with experience in top corporates (Zee Telefilms, Coca-Cola, Ernst & Young to name a few).He has worked with Senior management and Partners for business development pitches, proposal development and marketing communication. He is an alumnus of Modern School (Barakhamba Road) and completed Bachelors in Economics from the University of Rochester, USA and also holds an MBA from International Management Institute, Delhi in the field of Marketing & HR.
