Foyr, a leading market player in the prop-tech space, has recently announced the extension of its services to the ‘Pink City’ Jaipur. Consumers can now explore world-class designs and multiple home interior design concepts, with Foyr's cutting-edge technology that gives an immersive 3D experience. The company launched this premium interior design and execution service at a launch event today. This is sure to bolster the company’s expansion opportunity plan along with an overall experience.

Jaipur is showing signs of being an ideal realty destination. Foyr has ongoing partnership with ARG (Real Estate developers in Jaipur) for their project Argus. The two companies are working together on the model flats to give an immersive 3D experience of the flats to the prospective buyers.

Speaking about the move, Shailesh Goswami, founder & CEO, FOYR, said, “After having joined the Government of India’s smart city initiative, Jaipur is presently one of the rapidly growing Tier-II cities in the country. This makes the city a viable investment opportunity for many real estate developers. This is the best time for Foyr, in particular, to bring in a premium luxury home decor experience right into the homes of Jaipur residents. Flawless execution, powered by path-breaking technology is going to be our USP in the city. We look forward to a great partnership and delivering the best customer service.”

Through HD 3D renderings, consumers can take the guesswork out of the process and actually see exactly how the interiors of their home will look like. A team of design experts will provide them with the most optimal and aesthetic furniture layout that best suits their unique floor plan.

Taking their 3D-enabled property portfolio, Foyr has recently managed to redesign more than two million square feet of commercial space in India & abroad. It has also raised $3.8 million through Series-A funding led by renowned property consultancy firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and joined by a clutch of individual investors.
