Bootstrapped Tech Agency Moksha crosses 120 Cr revenue mark in FY 20

Delhi based creative tech agency, Moksha, surpassed 120 Cr of revenue in FY20 since its inception. This content first agency is bringing automation to the process of visual content production to provide customisable content for different platforms at scale. Moksha’s clientele ranges to over 300 clients across the globe and is also looking to expand its operations in the US and Europe with in-house developed tech products such as Piquic Fashion, Piquic Collab and other content solutions. 

The company has Serge Gianchandani, Kabir Singh Kochhar and Manasvi Singh as its co-founders who have been industry veterans and serial entrepreneurs with a combined experience of more than 40 years.  


The world is moving online and this pandemic has accelerated the entire process. ‘With more and more companies focussing on digital channels for marketing and sales, content has moved from good to have to critical to have. Content is the fuel that is driving their online play.  There is increasing focus on producing great quality content at low cost in quick time at scale. High quality content backed with A/B testing will lead to production of more personalized, intelligent and engaging content leading to better ROI’ says Kochhar.


The way brands communicate with their customers won't be the same. With more and more focus on digital transformation and Direct to Consumer (D2C) models, the e-commerce & online advertising industry is expected to grow exponentially. To market and sell products online, brands will need attractive, engaging and innovative visual content solutions as Images/Videos accounts for 80 per cent of the buying decision. With brands in most industries requiring digital presence, the company felt that there was a need to automate content production and streamline creative processes. They started work on their technology division, Piquic, in 2019 to solve for automated content production at scale and creative collaboration software.



Piquic now has two products to offer its clients- Fashion and Collab.


Piquic Fashion: A combination of hardware and software, which automates apparel model shoot and has overcome major challenges of a typical manual model shoot. With no requirement of creative talent, Piquic provides high-quality images at low cost in quick time with a vision to produce real-time customized images for E-Commerce players and Fashion Brands across the world. With Piquic fashion, image production will move from being a cost centre to a strong revenue generator, says Manasvi Singh.  


Piquic Collab: Easy to use collaborative platform for multi-brand companies and creative agencies that lets you spend more time being creative while providing visibility and efficiency. It helps the key stakeholders to monitor, analyse and provide reviews during the creative content generation & production at one place with the help of a simple tool called WeProof.


The USP of Piquic Fashion is an excellent blend of knowledge on fashion, imagery, implementing artificial intelligence & data science and understanding anatomy in simplifying the whole process of producing high-quality model images for Fashion Brands and E-commerce players across the globe. The company was recently selected as Top 10 tech startups in India by Wharton India Economic Forum-2020 for a tech-driven approach to solving an age-old problem.


The founding team believes that visual content like images and videos needs to become intelligent, dynamic and highly customized to significantly impact revenues.
