Noida headquartered B2B services startup; LeanFlo Inc. recently started its operations in Pune and Ahmedabad. The firm, started in May 2017, already has offices in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. LeanFlo Inc., further plans to expand to Hyderabad next month.
LeanFlo Inc. which is operated by Kreskado Technologies Pvt. Ltd, was launched in early 2017 by serial entrepreneur Harshdeep Rapal and Subir Mitra. The two had earlier founded Feelance Co. in 2015, which they exited in 2017 and pivoted to a new business model with LeanFlo Inc.
LeanFlo Inc. caters to startups and SMEs and supports them with white-collar services required by these businesses.
“B2B services for SMEs in India is a $40b industry and is very fragmented. We are aiming to consolidate the market for small businesses.” Says Harshdeep Rapal, the founder & CEO of LeanFlo Inc. “Currently there is no player in India with pan-India presence to act as a one-stop-shop for SMEs. We are bridging that gap.,” adds Mr. Rapal.
The two founders had earlier started Feelance Co., a platform for companies to find consultants and service providers/vendors. The platform just acted as a ‘connector’ between the service seekers and service providers.
“What we observed was that customers are not looking to just get connected to the service providers, they are looking for quality service and project management. This led us to embark on LeanFlo Inc., where our prime objective is to offer a support system that every small business can trust and afford.” says Harshdeep Rapal.
Currently 80% of the services LeanFlo Inc. offers are delivered through in-house teams and 20% via a network of ‘Preferred Partners’.
“We understand that it takes dedicated effort to build in-house execution teams and create presence across country, but we are committed to solving the challenges of small businesses and are building this presence by starting offices in all major cities, to provide services on the ground.” adds Subir Mitra, the COO and founder of the firm.
LeanFlo Inc. works in an O2O (Online to Offline) fashion where all the business is generated online and then closed offline by Customer Success Managers. As most of the services the firm offers can be executed remotely, the execution happens from Noida office. The firm currently has 65 employees out of which 50 operate from Noida.
“We have created a hub-and-spoke model. We have Customer Success Managers working with the clients on ground, while the execution happens from the hub in Noida. We are building 10-15 member CSM teams for each city.” adds Subir.
The firm has till now served more than 300 customers and is on track to do INR 1 Cr plus in revenues by end of the current financial year. LeanFlo Inc. was started by seed investment from the two co-founders and is still bootstrapped.
