The company is bridging the gap between customers and brands by bringing them together through its interactive campaigns and several other strategies. “We not only create the credibility of the brands in the market through our various digital marketing tools but we also help them to build the relationship with their clients and customers because selling your product is easy but creating the demand of it and loyalty of customers is not all fun and games,” said Nidhi Sharma, Director, ATR, who is heading operations at ATR and also manages her brain-child Nidhi Foundation..

ATR runs on a simple principle of providing creative solutions which are not just unique and beautiful but also affordable. “While everything around is going digital and entrepreneurship nerve at an all- time high, we realized the need of the market of a creative agencies who doesn’t work on a client agency relationship, but where every client becomes part of the team for the duration of their project,” Nidhi added.

Commenting on the customers’ feedback & expansion plans, Nidhi mentioned, “The response from people whom ever we have met and worked for has been very overwhelming. It has been majorly through word of mouth, client referral or repetitive clients that we have got most of our projects. Expansion to ATR will come both vertically and horizontally, in terms of not just team expansion with increase in work but expansion in terms of verticals and other arenas of services being catered to under a single banner of communication as of now. We eventually look at having separate sister concerns for, Branding, brand promotions, advertising, events and research.”

The marketing plans of ATR is majorly through creating awareness, conducting workshops, digital promotion, events, partnership in other events, exhibition and expo participation, client referrals and client repetition.
